      Really deep technical knowledge, you can learn a lot if you work with the smartest person at the company. Salary can be OK.

      Cons

      You will be a vendor at the customer so regadlress how good you are you will follow orders. The managment did not care about you. You feel yourself as a resource. No company culture, employee do not even talk to each other.

      Impressive customers, big projects and challenges. A lot of growing opportunities and the possibility to work on any country EPAM has offices.

      Cons

      Management style that deals with absolutes. If you do not agree on everything your managers say you can forget everything about the growing opportunities inside the company. USSR culture.

      Pros

      There are the best technical experts and managers I've ever met. There are many options for growing your expertise in different areas. It's the best company to start your career. If you're lucky and don't give up you can find a lot of interesting opportunities within company.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than on the market especially for those, who have been with the company for several years. In US locations people management is very bad. Career path is very dependent on your location/project/resource manager. Management is too focused on money and KPIs and forgets about people. A lot of project managers/team leads/resource managers are over promoted. Internal communication channels are horrible.
