Pros

Nothing good. They think they are paying so they have bought you like a slave.

Cons

- Senior management is full of politics - No one in the company knows what they want to do -Nobody has any idea of company's objectives -It is a headless chicken organization, people are doing things without any prior knowledge, making decisions on the spur -No vision -No support from my support teams like HR -Most people are overworked and there is no payment for extra work, no benefit -Management knows everything but still does not do anything

Pros

EPAM is an IT staffing agency, so you are likely to work at a client site. The client may be one of the biggest IT companies, so this may be the only chance to see its office from the inside. As contractors, EPAM employees may enjoy some perks available to the client's own employees. The clients usually have little control over contractors and EPAM, in turn, tends to leave its employees alone once they are sent to a client. Because of that, you are unlikely to face any pressure, overtimes, etc. When at work, you are free to spend your time as you wish. No EPAM manager will bother you. This may be a good opportunity to do some personal development.

Cons

IT outstaffing at its finest. Not much to add to the other reviews here. No career opportunities, no bonuses no matter what you do. It's rather easy to become a mid-level manager, but that's of questionable value. One thing to note is that EPAM managers are mostly not the type of person you would want to work with, talk to or meet. Being a contractor working at a client site, you often spend most of the day on your own. Besides that, the client's employees may show little respect to you. Sensitive people may feel lonely and depressed.
