      Pros

      The company will give you everything you want. Starting from benefits, and snacks, ending with a good salary. The people around are awesome. To me, this are the best professionals, teamed together, among all teams I ever seen. Most of people around are genuinely good in their field, reliable and professional.

      Cons

      A salary might be 10-15% lower than at the smaller companies. But this is how you pay for stability.

      - good compensation pack and benefits - clear carer path, ability to instantly learn and grow with technical and non-technical skills - clear performance review process, annual salary/bonus review - straightforward processes - nice friendly and helpful people, high professional management that is always ready to assist and solve the problems - fast growing office - great social policy, events, out-of-project activities, team buildings and more - nice modern and comfortable office - ability to change the project/team/technology - time for learning - great culture and values

      Cons

      - single customer with similar projects, with customer's ecosystem - slow remote workstations - no salary indexation, not very big bonuses - still growing office, therefore some of problems not solved yet
