1. Brand presence to be stronger in India. People are relatively unaware about EPAM when compared to the reputation and recall of our competitor brands

Awesome place to Work on Salesforce Technology

- Had a seperate competency for salesforce technology, which included Epam Salesforce associates across the globe. - Encourage associates to learn new topics in salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Health Could and etc). - Well structured growth for the employees(Even testers can move in to developing stream, just you need have zeal to learn). - Certification cost will be bared by company!!!. - On-site opportunities available(but just for 2-4 weeks). - Practise heads can be reachable directly.

Cons

- No long term onsite opportunities. - Need big salesforce projects.
