- A lot of various projects and possibilities to realize yourself - Structured processes - Corporate goal and Arkadiy Dobkin - Perfect place to start and get first experience - Interest place to be Lead/Chief Engineer or Top Manager

Cons

- Issues with compensations. There is easier to go to another company than try to raise your compensation here. Process of compensation raising makes me neurotic all the time. - Issues with transferring btw expertise (Developer to Designer e.g.) and from big accounts

Recognition fails at some times .. Need to improve with unbiased Managers decision.

We did bring in some changes in Reward process in recent times and will continue to streamline to make it more impactful. EPAM's online recognition platform "Heroes" is an amazing tool that enables to recognise the efforts instantly and is visible across the organisation. EPAM is making all efforts to make the environment free from bias. Unified Assessment, a promotion process where an associate has the flexibility to opt when they are ready and go through a panel that evaluated the readiness to next level. Feedback process that enables associate a choice to select the appraisers for a particular cycle and provides oppurtinity to receive 360 degree feedback. Oppurtunities platform that provides associate to opt for any job across many EPAM locations that fulfils the career aspirations.
