      Pros

      Engineering excellence. A big emphasis on quality and proper software development. Innovative tools. Lots of training opportunities. Good community. Good work/life balance. Recreation room with PS4, table tennis and table soccer. Daily plank. :) Free coffee and drinks. Relocation opportunities. Internal meetups.

      Cons

      Open space office. No standing desks. Some managers do whatever they can to keep you on their projects. If you don't ask for a raise, you will probably never get one.

      Pros

      EPAM offers a chance for its talent to develop and contribute in many ways. This is a company where 'round pegs can create round holes'. There is the scope to achieve your aspirations and where access to the senior leadership team is open and ideas welcomed. If you have ambition and commitment this is the place for you.

      Cons

      EPAM is not for everyone. If you are looking for a very structured, predictable and formulaic role then this may not be for you. Talented, driven and enthusiastic people thrive in EPAM< but if that's not you then think hard before you apply.

      Nothing really great to mention.

      Cons

      Poor managers and management. No benefits. No transparency and no process to raise grievances. They really don't care about the employees. Pay also not great.
