      No Pros to work in Epam

      Cons

      No security Job, even if we worked for more than 5yrs there is no security if u get one time less than 3 rating in feedback they are terminated. dont expect if u worked less than 5yrs employees.till now almost 500 employees fired without any reason. here there is no rating 0 or 0.5 so i am giving 1 rating.

      Regorous training is given.Thats it.No more pros about this company.

      1.Worst management 2.They will say they have no requirement and remove all of a sudden 3.Prior sending the resignation you will be releived. 4.Such a worst company ever. 5.HR's play key role in every disaster.
