Pros

I've been working here for 4 years. I adore the possibility to work remotly. My boss gave me additional vacation days when I needed that due to the study. Also I got benefits when my parents got ill and dead. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new stuff and get feedback from customers or team about your work.

Cons

My friend was dismissed during one day. Without any opportunities to become better, without any warnings. Even didn't have time to get ready for that. Not all bosses is like mine :(
