Any employee can nominate themselves for promotion. • Transparent feedback mechanism. • Good Employee Engagement programs, Hobby Programs like photograpy,training on foreign languages, acting etc. • Opportunity to participate and contribute in Social activities through CSR programs. • Good and Comprehensive insurance policy

      • Facilities like parking • Below par compensation for Business travels. Per diem remained unchanged since years.
