      Pros

      Everything is Good. From top Management to Junior level everyone have equal rights and can express their views. Working environment is Excellent You will be provided with lot of opportunities to improve your career growth They never deny to provide an opportunity if you want to learn or movie to a new Discipline or Domain

      Cons

      Well the Process of switching the discipline is a little slow and sometimes have to wait to get hands on the changed discipline/domain.

      Its been great working in EPAM India and below are few areas where I would like highlight 1. EPAM is technology company. Focuses more on technology and Engineering activities 2. Work life balance 3. There is so much information available in the repository for learning and enhancing individual skills 4. Transparent feedback mechanism 5. Good recognition to the people 6. Feels awesome to work with a highly talented & motivated team
