Pros

-Hybrid work also depends on the project can work WFH. -6 casual+6 sick+15 days vacation in a year. -Salary is good compared to other service-based companies in India -Can be promoted based on assessment. -Many tech events Happen in Epam plus many clubs are also there

Cons

-Getting a project depends on luck, I got it within 1 month bench period, but somewhere still waiting for 6 month+ (due to global slowdown) -Work-life balance depends on the project only -No festival bonus

since it is a service based company work in some projects is monotonous and no good learning curve. But some projects may be good.
