Mentor enabled learning courses with hands-on assignment for up-skilling instead of classroom training's which are not very effective for real learning. Stable company with 20%+ year on year growth for last 5+ years. EPAM in India is going thru the transformation and it is starting to get visible on the floor. The hiring practices, employee onboarding, employee engagement, delivery management approach, and career development practices are all being transformed. Engineering events like Global day of Code Retreat, Coding Dojo, Coding Kata, and EngX week are being organized to mix fun with learning and to celebrate being an engineer. Many new large projects with latest technologies have started, many more are starting now and new office in Pune has been opened. It will take some time for the organization to completely transform itself, to see the real results from these efforts and for a good engineer to feel excited to work in a truly great engineering focus organization.

I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it can help for growth and learn. There is too much scope of learning and growing. I am working here for about an year and I don't even realize how the time spent by.
