      Managed by exception - you can be very lucky with the good manager and project, but it's not guaranteed

      Pros

      There are the best technical experts and managers I've ever met. There are many options for growing your expertise in different areas. It's the best company to start your career. If you're lucky and don't give up you can find a lot of interesting opportunities within company.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than on the market especially for those, who have been with the company for several years. In US locations people management is very bad. Career path is very dependent on your location/project/resource manager. Management is too focused on money and KPIs and forgets about people. A lot of project managers/team leads/resource managers are over promoted. Internal communication channels are horrible.

      Pros

      Has a great office, the location is good. As a big company, has a diverse typed people. Good salary.

      Cons

      As a new office it is not quite established yet. There is a lot of benching, as the clients are few; the management is focused on being committed to the clients, rather than the developers staff
