Pros

Flexible working time. Multiple, international projects. Challanging for project managers. If you wanna grow like from developer to manager it's a good company to grow this way. Good company culture.

Cons

Since it's an outsourcing company, there is no product development. Most of the projects are not challenging for a developer. It's hard to get data analysis jobs and hard to be a real software architect.

Diverse project opportunities. If you are lucky, you can get on good projects with good clients. Work with smartest people.

Cons

Big variance in salaries, huge salary tension. They don't care about your performance, they will only give you a raise if you want to leave the company. If unlucky, you can get on bad projects.
