A lot of opportunity but sometimes difficult to navigate

Pros

A big organization that has good benefits and such a diverse client list that you'll get to work on some really interesting work.

Cons

They do the big things well but the little things badly. EPAM is based in the US but most of the company is in Eastern Europe. So there is a focus on making the offshore employees successful and not paying as much attention to the US teams.
