Incredibly talented and knowledgeable people, cutting edge design, great brands, big career opportunities. If you have good ideas and are good at articulating them, then it doesn't matter what your job title says, you will go far and make your mark on projects.

Cons

Work hard, play hard. We're getting better at the play part.

- the office is conveniently located close to the central metro station - salary is paid without delays and much earlier than in other companies on the market (!) - good office facilities

Cons

- you may end up mostly doing the work you were not employed for - you may get a two-faced manager (my case, but it's only but a single project)
