Pros

With some definite exceptions, most of the people that I directly worked with were cool. I think some of the accounts had interesting work, but I was always stuck on the M&E teams which were a disaster.

Cons

Even though the office looked and felt like a dentist office, it was basically run like a frat house, with the CEO challenging everyone to pullup contests, and we were expected to stay late in the office to help brew beer. No really, brewing beer was the team building exercise. My family resented the hours that I was expected to work week after week and on weekends,

Pros

Friendly environment, good location, multiple projects that allow you to develop yourself, sizeable variety of quarterly trainings. No dress code allows you to dress casually on your work days. Has a recreation room for resting a bit. Competitive salary.

Cons

Other competitors offer the same or nearly the same thing. Most employees would enjoy a rather unique work environment as opposed to the usual, blunt furnitures (Hungarian office). Air-conditioning is sometimes a bit cold, and it cannot be adjusted by the employees.

Pros

Great people, and interesting work. The IA and PM teams are very strong and a good place to cut your teeth.

Cons

The overall leadership team is very weak. The VP group excels at selling, but they consistently set their team up for failure and chronically burn their resources to make up for it. Success is only based on heroism, and then never rewarded. Think twice about accepting a position if you are commuting from Philly or if you are looking for work/life balance. Also push very hard for title and salary going in as they rarely promote across the company and never in the IT department.
