EPAM Systems reviews

1) Directionless 2) Futureless 3) Useless mgmt 4) DO not join this company even if they give you 100% hike. They will fire you as soon as the job is done and there is no project. There is no policy defined. Mgmt will backtrack on what they say. No Coordination between EPAM India GDO and the EPAM Global Mgmt 5) People live in fear here everyday. An employee,whose child was sick,was on leave but was called to office in the name of client demand and was fired for no reason. 6) EPAM India GDO has no idea about what EPAM Global wants and they will talk all rubbish.

No security Job, even if we worked for more than 5yrs there is no security if u get one time less than 3 rating in feedback they are terminated. dont expect if u worked less than 5yrs employees.till now almost 500 employees fired without any reason. here there is no rating 0 or 0.5 so i am giving 1 rating.
