Good for the start, good for relocation

Cons

Salary are too low and management in most case consider you like a slaves. Mostly no bonuses or any sort of management support, performance review and lack of communication. Generally if you work on the client side expect to solve all problem on you own.

This is a large, growing company with many opportunities to improve, build, and develop processes. You can get a lot of different types of experience.

Cons

Cheap company. They do not seem to spend money on the small perks that many companies offer. Growing so fast that it is very disorganized and office upkeep is not a priority.

Good place to quickly level-up on your tech skills and soft skills because of the fast paced nature of agency. Opportunity to meet many good people and life time mentors.

Cons

Frustrations caused by higher management and account managers' decisions based on short-term revenue goals, that repeatedly ignore advises by developers and UX designers. Lack of career paths. Long hours and extra effort not recognized. CEO and higher management pretends really hard to care about the work quality of employees, but they really don't. CEO penalize employees for not washing dishes by deducting money from their pay check.
