You hardly get project and once the short duration project ends you come to the bench. You will be given one or two interview calls. If you don't clear them you would be fired 3. Please make sure to read this before you start to work in epam. Because the real ones are here. I was hired by Epam system 4 months ago. I came from India to Poland. I had interview with only 1 project for being 4 months. That meeting was negative. And at the end of 4 months, my contract was terminated with a last-minute meeting on a Friday afternoon due to internal company problems. Not only me, but many foreigners like me were fired. I closed my house in India and came here. Spend a lot money and time. Is this your great value company motto? If you can't provide me a project to work with, why did you hired me? There are always internal problems in business life, but at least you could have given me the opportunity to look for a job 1 or 2 months ago in advance. Stay away from EPAM, you have no job security, you can be fired from your job at any time and be left alone in a foreign country. Moreover, they will offer you the minimum salary that can be given, and you understand that when you go to that country. You will receive 70% less salary based on your position. I do not think the comments constantly overpowering the company here are correct. I just wrote the truth.
