Good company to work for. Top-tier clients, and you mostly work directly with the clients’ development teams. Friendly environment, and you will get plenty of opportunities to work with Gen AI.

Cons

The hike percentage is low. To get a better hike, you need to go through level-up assessments.

Cons

Projects can end quickly without any back up project to work on. Bench can be long. This is big corporation so expect this kind of atmosphere.
