- you will constantly see people with no skills, lack of knowledge, lack of communication but has 'lead', 'architect', 'director' titles, And then you will think 'If I work hard, I can be successful and get a good position in the company'. Sorry mate, those positions are occupied and not for hard-workers. You will just work and you will have to work. - management? forget it, you are on your own. - competitive salary? forget it.
