      I have been working at EPAM full-time for more than 8 year No Doubt, it is THE BEST PLACE TO WORK! Thank you so much for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. Awesome people to work with, always ready to help, encourage and support. Manager has always been a friend more than manager. Amazing Culture, Great Benefits, Good Opportunity, Best Infrastructure.

      Pros

      - A variety of projects to pick from - I'm lucky to work with most adequate coworkers and customers - Benefits, incl. healthcare, courses, etc.

      Cons

      - As company is big, communications break once in a while - Had a chance to experience odd management styles :)) - Some of company-wide technical choices may be made in a fashion that's not transparent enough - Work/life balance may be hard to keep

      Exciting and challenging work with new upcoming technologies Lot of focus is on employee's well being and classes on yoga, zumba, painting and photography are conducted on a regular basis Employees are appreciated for their good work through rewards and recognition programme which serves as a good motivation to improve and excel.
