Pros

Rich with process and money

Cons

Best part of process is almost always benefitted by boot polishers. Working folks are ignored. Company stays 1000 strong since past few years. Process shows 20 to 30% growth. That really means 200 to 300 are terminated every year. Which indeed shows pathetic state of recruitment. All processes are bypassed for the benefit of few. If you ask for explanation of KRA feedback you will be terminated. Join this company at your risk

Pros

work life balance is OK.

Cons

1.Even after working hard ,day in day out, weeks in weeks out, year in year out your promotion will be stopped because you sometimes failed to attend daily stand up meetings. 2.A lot of work as a junior resource. I worked in a project where there were around 20 QA members and 15 Dev members and a single automation resource(me). I automated 9 different applications by myself and maintained them on regular basis since 2 years and still I was unable to meet the expectations of my manager for promotion. Work burden is not an issue, the issue is not receiving appreciation or fruit for your hard work. 3.Terrible job security. you don't know when you'll get a call or mail from HR saying you to resign on the same day.
