      Ok, but no salary increasing

      Pros

      Generally a normal company to work in. Various projects available.

      Cons

      Low salary. Turkiye's inflation is huge, no salary increase. 1.5 years of promising and shifting dates. No benefits, even the simplest like gym, language learning.

      Good company for short term stay

      - Good health insurance but with an additional pay - Opportunities to grow within the organization - Process oriented

      Cons

      - Hikes are too low, most of the times single digit despite good ratings. - Some projects have legacy tech stack.

      Epam is an outsourcing company, and has everything you would expect from that type of company

      Pros

      They'll seach the client for you. Usually if you need help with paperwork they help, and they have a good benefit packages.

      Cons

      Your experiense really depend on the client you are going to work with. So even if you follow all the rules in Epam, you might still be fired if the client isn't happy with you. The salary is not compatitive usually, it might be good compared other outsourcing companies but not as good as a product company would pay.
