Pros

I can hardly name any. Good door opener, but people run away as soon as they have visa. If you are lucky, you can get a good project, but this is very rare.

Cons

Crap management, miscommunication on all level. Their only one goal is that you have an underwritten timesheet by the client. If you have a problem, they try to prove that you are the stupid. Salary is quite low.

Pros

Great client mix with many interesting projects.

Cons

Management more often than not breaks promises. Leads in a do as I say, not as I do manner. Much infighting at senior levels. U.S. sourced employees have fewer opportunities given the company would rather move lower paid Eastern European personnel into roles or move the work to Eastern Europe.

Pros

There are perks, such as relaxed dress, free drinks, free lunch once a week and some social activities. Previously, I would have said that a pro was the company was growing and advancement opportunities were available... but see below. It still is a small company atmosphere, for the most part. There are a lot of good people here. There is a lot of really top-shelf work being done here, and the client list is very impressive.

Cons

The owners recently sold the company to a large, foreign-run firm. This means that all of those opportunities that come from growing with a small company are gone. Now all of those positions I could have been promoted to only exist in foreign countries. Support positions have to work endless hours of unpaid overtime to keep up with the workload. Cries for additional manpower go nowhere. Managers don't complete reviews in a timely manner. Promises for pay increases never come true.
