One of the worst places to work

Pros

Co workers are good people

Cons

Small Company, wants to earn money big money by overloading their staff. Not at all flexible with timings, no internal discussions, your work is evaluated at every moment, therefore leaves you with little scope to learn. Will set unrealistic deadlines, even a 16hr deadline to bill their clients. Managers are rude and always try to take the credit. No appreciation. Working on weekends is a obvious and understood, nobody will inform you about that

Pros

Good salary as compared to other service based companies

Cons

1. No Infrastructure. Just a Hall with improperly aligned desks. While the Director has a big Cabin, others hardly find a space. 2. No major clients apart from MasterCard, even they have just few. Clients are specific to location. 3. High job insecurity. Even they would tell you that we've not fired anyone or asked to go Hyderabad, things will become so weird that one has no options other than leaving the org. If you're a senior resource, confirm every single thing before joining. Every negative review here is a truth!

Pros

- you can meet good people there - if you given shares that would have been decent growing trend, good for off-shores zones but still mediocre for US. - almost the only chance to try what is that - working abroad/get residency if you are from any of soviet land.

Cons

- good people leaving every day(once green card is obtained) - mediocre management, negative selection mostly based on those who can't get anywhere else or possesses car dealership skill set(trying to make a fool out of you telling fairy tales but dont realise that most of people around know the truth) - hard to imagine who could have joint the company being totally free in his choice - most of people just do wait for GC and this gives longevity of employment about 3 years - salary is a joke even compared to consulting companies out there, company was designed as a hub of cheap workforce from former soviet union republics(this is better than nothing but still cant compete any real player on the market) - all the initiatives either artificial or driven by skill less management - no technical culture per say no managerial culture as well but there has been at least mimic of latter. Senior/Lead specialist after 2-3 years, likely after 3 years at Epam you have seen everything and time has come to become a manager! - if you are still reading this - run! dont waste your valuable time. Good people very often are trusting and do realize what they spent their time for only after several years passed.. after being completely disappointed so dont be scared, act proactively, if you have any goals other than to be a part of "management family" you got only choice
