Pros

Hard core training which will only impact your client work and feedback. Nothing else I found

Cons

No Job Security as Epam anywhere. Employees will be provided with short term hard core projects Once on bench, it will easy to get selected outside company but very difficult to get selected inside as they take 2 very hard interview rounds, one by internal employees and one by client Lot of legacy projects, many developers work on configurations only Worst HR ever, will only listen and do nothing Salary structure is ambiguous and unexpected deductions for lot of months If you are on bench, salary will be very less. only 30% of actual salary When on bench, anytime they can fire you without providing any proper reason

Pros

Plenty of learning opportunity and the people here are great. And thats all about it.

Cons

Company top management decision is questionable. Never fulfill their promises and the recent salary adjustment is really insulting rather than trying to retain people. No bonus even though you perform ok. Only overachiever that work nonstop get "rewarded". Not much event going on and it is a rather boring workspace. Working overtime is expected, just get use to the system and get out of it one day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with regards to your frustrations with the recent compensation adjustments. We value your contribution to the company and appreciate your honesty. We understand that compensation is an important aspect of your employment, and we strive to offer fair and competitive compensation packages to all of our employees. However, we also recognize that there may be room for improvement, either with the decision that was made, or the manner that the outcome of the compensation adjustments are communicated to you. We would like to schedule a meeting with you to discuss your compensation in more detail and better understand how we can better meet your expectations. We want to ensure that you feel valued and rewarded for your hard work and dedication to the company. In the meantime, we encourage you to reach out to your supervisor, HR representative or Country Head, if you have any specific concerns or questions regarding your concerns with the compensation adjustments that took place recently. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. We look forward to working with you to find a mutually beneficial solution.

Pros

EPAM anywhere is like a body shopping organization, so it's good you are on your own to find project, get on-boarded, get knowledge transfer etc

Cons

EPAM ANYWHERE hr / payroll / vendor team like laptop/insurance etc are very disorganised. Rough part is HR/payroll will never receive your call or respond to any emails, happens only after several emails and escalations. I got my laptop after on-boarded on project after several escalations and 4-5 weeks of hectic follow-up. They will push you to resign within half an hour if there is no project assigned. Post resignation they don't pay your due salary or notice amount just some lum-sum payment. For EPAM anywhere India, one Month salary is forward credited and you never get it, so it sounds like a scam. Best to stay away from such chaotic and unprofessionally managed organization
