If you are new to the workforce, this may not be the best opportunity as they claim you'll be exposed to lots of opportunities to learn. If you're in the middle of your career path, you still will not be given an opportunity to mentor or grow. It appears they should have hired only senior staff, because that is who gets all the work! The rest of us do bits of work or quality assurance. There is a lack of transparency in opportunities, favoritism, and no growth opportunity within team except for those who are favorites. EPAM uses reviews against you for not giving bonuses. They ask your peers to provide two positives and one area of improvement so that they can deny you a bonus or promotion, depending upon how honest your peer reviewer is. They had us do work outside of client work hours and then if we don't assist on the project use that reason for not giving you a bonus, but yet they say they promote work/life balance.

Company does not provide gud hikes It's bad on taking care of its resources They are selling employees bcos they don't have their own projects. They earn more but they do not provide back to their employees in terms of services or fecility
