A huge infrastructure to improve your skills and learn new ones. Very well offices. Really smart teams. A lot of international and foreign projects. Good salary.

Cons

Annoying obligatory training for a lot of boring things. You cannot spend your work time doing this training, you should do it in your private time. A disappointing bureaucracy. To improve your title you have to go through the very long, complicated, and uncertain procedure of assessment by the international committee. In your private time, yes.

Big infrastructure, a lot of projects for growth and choose the favorite team/stack. Many courses, insurance. Great loop of feedback, support and mentorship.

Cons

Outsource, sometimes a burocracy. No fancy offices, or free food, or smth from other cool bonuses, teambuildings and etc.
