Cons
People are mostly from Eastern Europe on work visas. Not a big deal, just miscommunication occurs a bit more frequently with some crispy fresh newcomers.
Company doesn't have significant own projects, mostly outsourcing and subcontracting.
- In my location , company keeps payment on the top market level plus gives employees opportynity to get extra with bonus
- During 3 years I worked with 4 managers of my Unit, and all of them were inspiring and thoughtfull people , from who you always can learn something.
- Company proactively searches the way to work with people in differnt approaches. they give you a hand of cooperation and its is up to you accept it or not.
- Lots of tools to develop soft/hard skills. I do not know company , that is better than EPAM in this , at my location .
Cons
- Sometimes there are too many around work activities. Unfortunatelly , If you`re working hard, you have no energy to invest in those.
