Pros

Everything is fine, there is good internet and a coffee machine and a beautiful office and so on. In general, all possible bonuses, including medical insurance and tuition compensation

Cons

Due to the internal system with seat reservation, confusion sometimes arises (sometimes it is difficult to understand outside the office whether a seat is free or someone forgot to book it)
