Pros

Decent pay Good learning Hybrid working environment

Cons

Degrading quality day by day Focus has shifted from code quality to head count Epam used to be a group of excellent developers. Now it is just running towards becoming a mass recruiter like TCS, where they just care about hiring anyone and just dumping them to project so that head count and billing increases

Pros

Pretty chill, if you'll be attentive with the project choice and manage not to get into toxic environment you could find yourself in a very cozy routine without much hustle. (same thing with FANG however entry point is way higher)

Cons

It comes from the pros, chill environment, not much responibility - not the best payroll. You'll end up in front of unbreakable wall of your max salary - and it wont be on pair with industry standards thats for sure.
