EPAM Systems Senior Software Test Automation Engineer reviews

I have moved to a EPAM 5 months back where I didn't know many people. But now my feeling is like that I am travelling with these people from many years. The reason why I wanted to work at EPAM was that I believed in the EPAM culture, the way they responded in interview and attitude towards welcoming new employees to the organization. It was something that was useful to me. As per my knowledge interviewers are like representatives of any company. In technical interview round the interviewer has good attitude and well behaved. In EPAM all projects are using new technologies and new tools. What I observed in these 5 months is in EPAM there is very good learning process. It doesn't mean that we have to spend extra hours in office other than work. Along with daily deliverables we can learn something new every day. RM team is completely taking care of each and every employee like they are assigning mentor to each employee so that they can collaborate each other and fill the skill gaps. I never saw this concept in other organizations. I found myself to be put in very responsible roles from the beginning and lot of trust was placed on me. This gave me an opportunity to grow and discover myself.
