Pros

- People (depends on the project, for sure) - The new modern office at Brain Park - Benefits (404 PLN per month), but this amount hasn't changed for a while despite the huge inflation. You will spend all these benefits (or a bigger part of them) on private medical insurance - Well-being club and other projects - Variety of educational opportunities if you have time for it

Cons

- Salary hasn't changed for more than 2 years despite the inflation (the same as benefits) -Big projects have gone and a lot of people have no projects and no chance of finding them because of the great competition. - Dismissals of employees with very extensive work experience in the company (10 years or more) - Absence of interesting projects with good working conditions (like normal working day hours, work-life balance, fair compensation etc.) - Promoting "your candidates" to positions despite they have less experience if any for the given role (management does not follow its own rules)
