      - interesting projects - very skilled team of colleagues - high level of cooperation, people willing to help even on their own time - increasing diversity of project areas - no internal politics - open communication to any management level - very flexible work conditions - remote work was available even before Covid-19

      Cons

      - insufficient diversity (absolute vast majority of colleagues are male) - customer restrictions (sometimes outdated technologies or outdated delivery methods) - low visibility of other projects ongoing at different customers - difficult movement between projects
