salary is very high compared to other Indian MNCs

No projects managers are looking for fresher candidates instead of Experienced people to reduce the project billing. joining bonus is a scam. If you choose the joining bonus they will lock you for 1 year my suggestions is don't choose the joining bonus ask HR every thing in CTC.
