      - Bunch of project - Opportunity to switch domains and stacks - A lot of courses - Help with legalization in new country

      - Due to size of company hard to get promotion - Do not counter-offer - Reduced budget for bonuses

      Big company with a lot of projects to work on (but only if you are eligible)

      Cons

      Too much burocracy inside the company. Worked on a chaotic project with a lot of client exigence. Non competitive salary and they don't really care about you at all
