      Cons

      * When market demand contracts, job security can be easily compromised. * In my case, I was misled about the opportunities for career advancement, resulting in a lost year. However, I later found out that I had been eligible to take the assessment for a job title upgrade from the start. * Upon my hiring, my job title was designated as Software Engineer, despite my qualifications as a Senior. This has resulted in fewer opportunities for project assignments.
