      If you get unlucky with a project, It can get pretty bad.

      - HO depending on project and manager - Learning opportunities, If your project workload allows it - A lot of internal communities for a wide array of interests, professional and leisure, if you're into that

      Cons

      - Salary hikes are terrible, and management straight up lies about "market" to justify it, expect to be working for 20-40% less (than market average) in a couple of years unless you switch. - If you're assigned to a project, It's pretty much up to the customer how your day-to-day will be, This can result in less than professional working conditions, and burnout. Complaints result in promises, but ultimately no substantial change.

      People are really helpful and are always there to help you out even if they are not part of your project. Perfect place for someone who is seeking knowledge growth.
