Pros

good projects, process oriented, learning all the time

Cons

I don't see any cons, only sometimes you have less visibility about your work to your RM if RM is not belonging to the same project.

Pros

Flexible working hours and hybrid work options Supportive and collaborative team environment Professional development support (trainings, courses, conferences)

Cons

Job security can feel low; sometimes it doesn’t feel like you’re a valued part of the product or company. There is a “replaceable employee” mindset at times, which can make you feel you need to stay constantly on guard. Employee input and ideas are not always given much weight. Compensation, benefits, and perks are on the lower side compared to market standards. Inflation adjustments to salaries are not regularly applied, unlike other companies in Turkey.
