Pros
Fast growing company, +30-50% per year for several years. Many different project in different industries with different technologies. EPAM isn't staffing company, but also does full software development circle for its customers.
Cons
Hard to change project in company, there isn't clear way to change customer unit. Weak relationships between engineers from different business units, horizontal communications aren't developed and looks like discouraged by management.
