      - Gives reasonable regional salary and benefits. - In theory, you have the opportunity to shift between projects or offices. - Usually helpful colleges.

      Cons

      - At the interview they promised interesting tasks and good work-life ballance. These are totally not true. - No flexible time. - Micromanaging. - No really chance to grow. - Unnecessary and strict company policies. - Politics.

      None at all Level of Cons is so huge that it makes pros almost negligible

      1. No Job security. I have seen people getting fired even i knew they have contributed a lot for project. Burned their mid night oil and in return they are fired if they don't have project for you currently.No bench policy. If you are on bench then you can only count days. 2. No Work life balance. Even if your work is over and you dont have much to do then also you have to stay late because someone from your team is staying late 3. No Rewards and Recognition even if you have given your 200% in project 4. Too much politics
