      Acceptable salary without any extras

      There are good projects and you got salary for them.

      Cons

      - There is no allocated time for learning. - Strong distinction between old and newcomers by salary. - Postponed salary increases for 3 months. - There are no large programs that could strengthen relationships between employees. What we have feels more like savings. - There is no conferance budget. - I feel more like I'm working for the client, not for EPAM. Who am I loyal to?
