Stable, quickly growing company. Public on NASDAQ stock exchange since Feb 2012. Regular 360 degree performance reviews, useful verbal feedback, so I can improve Good atmosphere State of the art technologies (depending on the project) Fair bosses Some trainings (it's improving) Two monitors Recreation room

Lack of career opportunities in case you want to strictly stay on technical line You could stuck on a project for a long time Basic office layout

Pros

Fast growing company, +30-50% per year for several years. Many different project in different industries with different technologies. EPAM isn't staffing company, but also does full software development circle for its customers.

Cons

Hard to change project in company, there isn't clear way to change customer unit. Weak relationships between engineers from different business units, horizontal communications aren't developed and looks like discouraged by management.
