I truly enjoyed my time at EPAM. The work processes are very well-structured, transparent, and efficient. You always know what is expected of you, and there's a strong sense of support at every level. Communication within the team and with management is excellent — open, respectful, and constructive. Managers don't just supervise; they genuinely care about your growth and are always ready to help. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, including internal courses, mentorship programs, and regular feedback sessions.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. The expectations are high, but that’s a plus if you're looking to grow professionally.
