Positive experience with opportunities, but some uncertainty exists
Pros
I worked at EPAM for several years and had a positive experience overall. The company offers many opportunities to work with modern technologies, large international projects, and experienced colleagues. There are plenty of learning resources, internal training programs, and opportunities to improve both technical and soft skills. I also appreciated the supportive team, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to take ownership of features and participate in technical discussions.
Cons
Like many large outsourcing companies, your experience depends heavily on the project and the client. Internal processes can sometimes be slow, and career growth or salary increases take time. Project changes and bench periods can also create some uncertainty.
