company offers a wide range of courses and experience to new joiners. I was happy about the joining EPAM system as a cloud system engineer in AWS.cloud. I was never assigned to any project.

Cons

Please make sure to discuss with the person hiring you that they have projects related to your skill set. I have never assigned any projects and still on bench for 2 months.
