Pros

I learned a lot during my employment in the firm. They give good training sessions to their employees.

Cons

The pay isabismal. There is no overtime pay yet they expect you 'til the wee hours in the morning to finish the job and come to work early thr next day. EY Philippines treats its employees as expendable; just numbers in the books, not as humans.
