Pros

Work Life Balance ( to some extent ) Decent Pay for Starters Good Transportation Facility .

Cons

The quality of work is pathetic - you get to do copy paste work , maintaining trackers ( useless ways for the management to track down your activities ) all day . Once you get stuck here , you would not be capable to stand up in the market as the work is pathetic. Micro-management in everything they do. Not a place for getting fair recognition and pay hikes , only the people who are ready to become corporate slaves of their bosses get the cream of attention and ratings which affect you . Once in bad looks , always in bad looks , no redemption . GAME OVER . The managers are highly egoistic and would go to extreme extent to satisfy the same .

Pros

Lovely office at More London Riverside overlooking Thames Collaborative working across teams Good to work with intelligent multi-ethnic/global teams Interesting work

Cons

Once you are seconded full-time you are akin to a slave. The company owns you and EY don't care as long as you are making £40k or whatever for them...

Pros

With pay being so low and so many foreign workers being brought in to advance I cannot think of any right now.

Cons

Pay, Hours asked to be Donated to company, Advancement within only certain groups, Mgmt giving False Feedback reports so you cannot Advance, Mgmt uses people so they can leave early, Work asked to be started and done when others are leaving on time on Fridays, etc, etc, etc. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. They call themselves the Firm and want to record everything about your family including who they work for and associate with. You are Not permitted to have second jobs unless they approve it. They lie to their clients about so much to add endless hours to be charged to these clients. They want clients to pay for more work that isn't theirs and they push the employees to charge time to them. They let people go with No Warning and No Reason only when people try to tell them they are being Unfair. Do Not apply there it's not worth your time to be used and never recognized!
